Weight loss

I know my thoughts have been shaped by the thin beauty standars but I can't help but feel that losing weight would solve so many of my problems. I don't feel good in my body physcially. I know that getting more fit would be beficial to my health.

I don't know my current weight right now (will weigh myself when I go back to my apartment) but is probbaly somewhere around 80kg. My goal weight is 55kg because for my height that woudl be good weight. So if I wanted to be 55kg when I turn 30, I would have to lose about 0.8kg per month. That sounds doable. It's just hard to stay consistent.
